Couldn't he just claim it was his missus/brother/mate using his account if its from mobile betting?

Wasn't that Lennon's defence when he acted the jackass on twitter? Pretty difficult to prove I would have thought

Apparently it was a telephone account, so they will have a recording.

meant to add this in as well:

If they've passed it on then why is it only now? Are they hoping we believe only Ian black has an online account?

21 pages if which around half the posts are just hatred about a Rangers player. Has the guy done something wrong ... maybe. Has the guy been found guilty. .. no... for fuck sake guys surely Rangers fans should respect the premise of innocent until proven guilty more than most groups of people.

The guy might have been poor last year but he is still Rangers player and perhaps if he needs help perhaps he needs our support. Gambling is a serious addiction... no let your hate get in the way of reason and justice.

That sounds awfully familiar.

Hmmmmm

paragraph 2.1 includes - "disclosing your Information to third parties (such as financial institutions, credit reporting agencies and age verification agencies) in connection with such verification;

preventing fraud, cheating and money laundering, ensuring compliance with our terms of use, reducing credit risk and protecting sports/games integrity, which may require us to disclose your Information and betting and gaming history to third parties such as the relevant regulator, gaming bodies, sporting bodies, financial institutions, agencies responsible for verifying age, the police and credit reporting agencies;

complying with our legal and regulatory duties and responsibilities to the relevant licensing and regulatory authorities as well as all duties and responsibilities owed under any other applicable legislation and to any other applicable regulators in other jurisdictions;"

This comes under the sporting integrity bit
