The Educator 1,572
Bearing in mind that Mr Souness has said that we were not the victims of a "witch hunt", we yet again seem to find ourselves on the thin edge of an organised campaign against the club. Up until now we have had things thrown at us roughly in groups of three it may only be coincidence that today we get an appeal on the ASA judgement and The Black betting accusation. If I'm right we will probably have something else thrown at us by the end of the week, early next week. I for one believe it is coordinated and the worrying thing is at the heart of it seems to be accusations by the football authorities in Scotland. So if I'm right and we are to face some sort of third strike this week or so, what do you think it will be? Personally I really hope the club have tied the SPFL down on the use of trialist players. What rules we have seen have been just vague enough to cause a club to make an error on how many and which games a player can be fielded. Could we have a manufactured situation where the authorities would claim a miss understanding of the rules? I hope not, but I wouldn't bet against it. chris182 6,531
Just seems like one thing after the next. There's no way the club would have seen this one coming though. If guilty I reckon Black will have his jotters thrown at him - gross misconduct
STEPPS BOY 77,602
Charles Green was on the grassy knoll that fateful day.
bigmunsen 64
I am sure there are ones out there so obsessed in trying to destroy us. It is just so fucking sad and disturbing.
Fools Gold 488
Thing is, when the spotlight is on us, we have idiots like Sandaza selling his soul, and painters like Black, if proven to be the case, hardly helping the cause.
In walter we trust 228
If black is found guilty , and by the amounts of bets stated in the notice he won't be with us much longer I suggest , probably a few more footballers panicking tonight
Terry Hurlock Loyal 12,133
Whenever things are starting to look a brighter for us, a convenient story appears from the usual suspects to brings us all back down to earth and cue the infight. Im just trying to concentrate on the on field issues now, its all getting far too draining now.
loyalfollower 1,543
Fucksake mcculloch posted tweets of loads of bets last season. Betting against your own team does look dodgy though
Dutchy 1,200
It's certainly seems beyond belief that Rangers FC are the only ones that are constantly breaking the rules and regulations that govern Scottish football.Quite absurb in fact. beechwood bear 569
Will wait and see if Ian Black is guilty. Willing to give him the benefit of doubt, but these SFA wankers are all over us for everything. Seems to be something just about every day. nachothelegend 1,932
I still maintain Rangers FC should have tried everything to get in to the Northern Premier League. We are never going to be left alone to Play Football in this sad Infested little Country. Albertz 78 918
Rangers and the fans have been kicked from pillar to post over the last 18 months no doubts about it.But we are still here and attempts to have the club stripped of titles have failed and we are selling more season tickets than any club in the Italian league right now which says a lot.In 1985 we finished 5th and looked hopeless, less than 4 years after that we went on to be the dominate force in Scottish football winnning 11 titles out of the next 12.The tide will turn it has done since Scottish footbal started one day we will be back on top and when that day comes how good is it going to feel? Bluepeter9 5,167
Yes you are paranoid - anyone thinking Ian black accusations are part of a coordinated campaign are just letting the whole situation overwhelm any thinking prowess thinking they had. kelvd1873 7,659
And while this continues the other mob from the east are left alone in perfect harmony to get on with trying to qualify for the CL,the media are playing us for fools imo. Every week its negative stories and twists about us, but as the club statement says don't listen to the media anymore listen to the club for factual information.
