agreed, they're badly in need of some fresh ideas. he should've walked after the Chelsea fiasco IMO

On the whole he's done a superb job but he's too content to just have them finishing fourth every season and even that isn't a guarantee now either.

If they can win the FA Cup then that would seem like a good time for him to say job done step aside and let somebody else try to take them on again.

he has done a superb job but 8 years without a trophy is just ridiculous for a club the size of Arsenal. I also think the board are too scared of another manager coming in and being more successful as this would perhaps undermine the work Wenger has done in recent years
