Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
Around 400 service personnel from the Army, Navy and RAF will be attending the match, as normally happens I'm sure everyone will give them full support.

dummiesoot 16,288
Cue the immigrant complaints. Wankers.Well done Rangers makes me proud and I fail to understand why anyone in the armed forces would support the Savillians.

ForeverBlue_Since91 2,895
Rangers must be the only club in Britian who invites so many of the armed forces.I'm sure we will be doing something similar to last season for Remembrance day in November aswell? AlBear. 8,499
I'm sure we will be doing something similar to last season for Remembrance day in November? After the ridiculous furore over it last season I doubt it. It will likely be a more subdued, reflective affair on Rememberance Day and this will be our day of celebration and acknowledgement towards our armed forces. As for tomorrow it sounds like something the same as last season "Supporters can expect a stunning display as Royal Marine commandos, led by Sergeant Jeffrey, will abseil in to the stadium prior to kick off and hand the match ball over to the referee." Bad Robot 21,513
I think we have done the right thing and Armed Forces day is a seperate occasion from Rememberence Day. One day should be a celebration with the other being more of a reflection.

SuperAli 1,366
Brilliant idea. Yet again, Rangers are to be admired for respecting our armed forces like no other Club in Britain. Well done whoever organises this annually and I hope to see it happen next year again.
