Gibb's pension fund owned Valley Park and were charging the club £1.2m a year in rent. Do they still own it then?

Zappa 358
The Flamingo Land man Gordon Gibb turns out to be the former chairman of Hamilton Accies and also former Chairman and co-owner of Bradford City. Interestingly, he got involved in Bradford City after the club had gone into administration in 2002 and after leaving 18 months later his pension fund had bought the club's Valley Parade ground for £5m and he then rented it back to them. As far as I can tell he still owns Bradford City's stadium as mentioned by bradfordloyal1982. I got the rent figure wrong though. In 2011 I think it was only about £400k p/a.
