Redsox1 1,361
Would you welcome back Martin Bain ? There is a good chance if Murray gets his foot back in the door that Martin Bain would return to the club.If he did would all the supporters groups then ask for the new board to go or would they back the board with Martin Bain onboard. JCDBigBear 11,050
No way. In 10 years he received at least £4.1m in salary. One of his most recent yearly payments amounted to more than £600k. He showed little back-bone in his post.

hughesy1872 2
Not a chance. He did nothing to increase Rangers revenue streams nor did he push the Rangers brand in anyway shape or form. Not once did he defend the fans against the media calling us bigots but ignoring the actions of the manky mob! He was a parasite who should be done with theft of wages not re-employed. nacho_nacho_man 477
I had always thought the likes of Bain could not come back into the fray."The test for who is a ‘fit and proper person’ is contained within Clause 10.2 of the Articles of Association of the Scottish Football Association.6 The list is not exhaustive and is intended to be illustrative. Included within the list is that the individual must not have been declared bankrupt or have been involved as director at another football club, in any country, which has suffered an insolvency event within 5 years of the appointment to the new club."source: http://www.lawinspor...nsolvency-rulesIf someone could shed more light on this situation, I'd be obliged.Cheers. Redsox1 1,361
Was not aware he had put his name forward at the AGM for election or is this just a Hypothetical question and of no valueHe wouldn`t have too. If Murray gets in then they would change the board to suit themselves after the AGM. So if that did happen Hypothetically would everyone hunt Murray ?It`s Hypothetical in that I know Smith wanted Bain back.Murray has also stated he thought members of the old board did well and he would welcome them back. At that time he only mentioned the chairman. So Hypothetically would the Murray supporters now go against Murray or would they say its ok ?
