It's an AGM. All the existing directors are up for re-election. Those expressing an interest in becoming a director may (in terms of the articles of association) be required to give some advance notice but, as far as I am aware, shareholders have not yet been notified of the date for the AGM.

The existing directors will almost certainly put their names forward for re-election. Others like PM might also put their names forward. The shareholders will then have to vote to decide who should become directors of the club for the next financial year.

It's a meaningless buzz phrase sack the board, as you say RWB who takes over? Can't just be any old cunt with a 6 pack and a smile, it's a bit like saying sack the government it can't be done, you can vote a government out at election time by voting somebody else in, but unless Mini and CO are standing for election to our board and I'm not sure what would entitle them to do so then what the Fuck would we do if no directors were reelected?

I don't really understand how this works ? I would assume the institution investor share holdings get a vote. Given that they are in the majority ( £17M out of £22M raised if I remember correctly ) would that mean the ordinary fan shareholders won't really have much say ?

Ie is your vote in proportion to the amount of shares you hold ? I appreciate the institutional investors vote could be split.

Have you done a poll to back this up, or is it just another made up fact that is polled on a forum?

All the forums put together would not probably represent the majority of ST holders. There is a large part of our support who don't frequent forums.

For me it is very simple. If the current board produce audited accounts prior to the AGM I will decide on how I vote based on the finacial state of the club. If they do not produce audited accounts prior to the AGM I would need to assume the finances are not good and vote for change.

I think you'll find Paul Murray signed a letter, along with every one of his fellow board members, urging SDM not to sell to Craig Whyte. To suggest he 'sat back and did fuckall' is simply not true.

Paul Murray has used many media outlets. His goal is to reach the largest audience possible. Sometimes you have to look at the bigger picture.
