minstral 5,375
From the Board, Manager, and Coaching staff, the all claim to love our club. What the really mean is, as long as they are making money off the club, they love it.
SeparateEntityMyArse 55,526
Making a reasonable amount for the league we are in I can accept.Lining their pockets with salaries and bonuses at the top end of the scale, and as I believe in excess of the mhanks in some instances, is scandalous. The biggest problem is that there are more leeches looking to replace them.. The Godfather 75,952
I sincerely think if the people in charge gave reduced terms/wages to our manager and coaching staff then they would accept it.I can’t really crucify them individually for taking what they have been given. Tannochside'sPennyArcade 0
A bonus for winning the 3rd division says it all really.
MayboleLoyal_atb 4,107
Did TUPE not mean wages couldn't be changed until after a certain period of time?

Has been done in other businesses. I'm not just talking of management team here but the board as well. Lets be honest, we were always going to win league last year, as we will this year, so bonuses were guaranteed - its just a way of hiding an astronomical wage for the league were in. Particularly when were not exactly rolling in it.

North Rd 2,860
Did TUPE not mean wages couldn't be changed until after a certain period of time? Not really, you could realistically change the TOC after 3 months, but most companies will continue with the t&c's of the previous employer. Young Bob 1,360
McCoists on a rolling contract so it would have been relatively straightforward to adjust his salary. Regarding the others if their skills warrant the salaries then that's what you have to pay. However taking huge bonuses for things like the team winning the league is a disgrace and should be addressed. It would be nice to see a breakdown of the £10 million we are paying out.
