The Mongoose 1,007
I am unsure as to how this works, but will everyone who bought shares get an invite to the AGM?If so what period of notice will they give?
AlBear. 8,499
Nope. Only Ubers like me are chosen. Got my Form of Proxy today, expect all shareholders will receive theirs shortly as forms need signed and received back no later than 10:30am October 22nd. Ace 3,645
If you bought as part of the IPO then you will receive an invite. If you bought as part of RST scheme, your vote belongs to them, although you will be asked what your wishes are, the majority decision by all scheme members will taken forward and that is how they will vote. If you purchased via a broker, after the IPO (as I have done very recently) then you have to contact your broker directly and inform them that you wish to attend the AGM, they will then do the necessary work behind the scenes to ensure your rights to attend. j1mgg 3,766
I won't be able to make it with it being during the day. What options do I get for voting?
Drunk and disorderly. 15,094
You could receive it by post some Friday. I have been wrecked out of my face since my team won 8-0 last week. Sincerely. Ur. Postman.
HG5 12,310
I won't be able to make it with it being during the day. What options do I get for voting? There's a form of proxy with the pack, where you can appoint the proxy to vote on your behalf to reelect 5 named directors individually (Mather, Stockbridge, Hart, Easdale & Smart), to reappoint the auditors, accept the accounts & authorise the directors to fix auditors remuneration. Also a couple of special resolutions. You just tick the box you want, sign it & send it back.Ours came today, so you should get yours anytime. JCDBigBear 11,009
Sorry i want someone with a brain. You can nominate anyone to be your proxy and vote on your behalf. Best to pick someone who will vote the way you wish or actually consider the facts at the time.

Even Craig Whyte never thought of that one. You are stuffed if you don't wantbyour vote used against the board in their attempt to get a blazer. No wonder mini cosier up to them. It's another few votes. Nowhere near enough tho now the accounts are out and the world is not ending.

If you bought through the RST then you must contact the RST and make your wishes known. They will record your opinion and vote according to the wishes of the majority of their members
