Helping us believe - what Ally and Stockbridge should now do.....

The accounts are out. They look awful and the club are still in choppy waters BUT.....apparently Stockbridge and McCoist want to help out. Here's what I'd like them to do - and do so very publically.

Stockbridge now realises a bonus to the Finance director for the team winning the league is not appropriate. Don't think any on here will disagree. So, Brian, if you really do believe that why not return the bonus you were awarded last year?

Similarly all we hear from Ally's media pals is he is in talks or talks are about to start about a salary reduction. We now know his annual pay is K£760. Please tell us what your new salary will be, including bonuses and share options. Whatever the difference between the two should also be returned to the club's coffers.

Then I will really believe these guys are sincere about moving us forward and not just mouthing the right words at a difficult time for the club and the fans.

The fans have done and are continuing to do their bit to carry us on. Time for some real leadership from the top, please.

Why just Stockbridge & Ally, why not the entire board & management team, why not go further and have ALL staff, playing it otherwise list their salaries & reduce them in a similar manner.

Does anyone know when the TUPE period expired for staff who transferred over?

There is no time limit on when your new employer can change the terms and conditions of your contract of employment by agreement with you. However, even if you agree to any changes with the new employer, if they are connected with the TUPE transfer then they may be void.

Following a TUPE transfer, many employers wish to harmonise the contracts of the employees they take on with the contracts of their existing employees. However, if the only reason for this is to bring the transferred employees’ terms into line with existing employees, this is likely to be connected with the TUPE transfer even if made some time (even years) after the transfer. As such, changes might be void even if they are agreed.

BS should return his bonus.

I would imagine that Ally's wage was originally set up by SDM and had to be that high to be comparable with the money he was earning from TV.

Far too much in my opinion as he is driving a Ferrari in a race full of go karts. Will he give some back, not a chance. Do I think he should, yes without a doubt.

ally's was always a rolling 1 year deal so effectively 1 year after tuping over i would guess

as for the OP, the accounts dont look awful if you look past the figures and see WHY the figures came about
