JamieG54 812
Got my stuff through and read it today.Just to confirm I dont need to send anything back to Rangers bar the slip saying I want documents emailed in future? For my attendance and voting cards I bring them along? I sign the attendance card when I arrive and I take it there will be a box for me to drop my votes in? JamieG54 812
Do you leave the chairman box blank as I am attending?
AlBear. 8,499
TBH mate I don't think it really matters that much. As it says on the form that even if you choose a proxy and mark how you want them to vote on your behalf it won't stop you being able to attend the AGM and vote yourself. As long as you turn up on time with your attendance card (the top half) you'll be fine. I think...However, I was told on here that you can just tick the box showing you are intending on attending without marking your votes. First time Shareholders Loyal. JCDBigBear 11,002
If you are attending yourself then you sign in the box in the top half of the form with the Club crest and take it with you. You only need the attendance card which is the top half.
Gillete 1,338
There's a box on the bottom half (form of proxy)It's that one I'm not sure of

You tick that box if you are filling in the Proxy Form but also wish to attend.

Muirheadbear 1,483
Here's a quick question for the AGM. And hopefully with a Board that's under pressure we will get a straight and honest answer.Which chlubs supported the Rhats in the title stripping campaign? JCDBigBear 11,002
That's the thingMy dads going in my place so do I fill his name into that box ?You put your dad's name in the long box in the middle of the form (score out Chairman written above) and sign the bottom box yourself. Your dad will sign the top box at the meeting.

Gillete 1,338
At the bottom of the proxy form it says :To assist with arrangements, if you intend attending the meeting in person please place an X in the opposite box My dad is going instead of me so do I still tick the box? (even though I'm not going in person)

(even though I'm not going in person)The bottom part of the form is for proxy votes in advance. The tick box is if you have recorded your vote by post but still want to attend. If you want your dad to vote at the meeting on your behalf then ignore that part of the card entirely. Just do what I said in post 11 above. It does say to post the Proxy part off in the envelope to the registrars to arrive before 22 October. Your dad will turn up on the day with the top part which he should sign at the desk. He should take some kind of ID just in case. S
