simon 1,773
They successfully tracked down the vicious thug who held up a knife to a defenceless TV set and got him to apologise and then splashed it across the front page. The TV is still afraid to go out at night. Hopefully they continue this trend by hunting down the person who punched an actual person that happened to be the mother of Scott Brown when he was sent off against Barcelona. Again, holding a knife to a tv. Front page news. Actually punching Scott Browns mum. Not news. Assault < I don't even know.

CanadianBacon 2,088
Somebody actually punched Scott Brown's mum? Fuck sake.Does the Leggo-muncher have an alibi? His Maw (she of the different name) was in the main stand of the Jimmy Savile Arena at the time so the chances of it being anyone other than a fan of Bheast FC are slim to none.Would have been an easy one to identify what with CCTV and TV cameras etc all round the ground....except that Bheast FC changed the rules some years ago and now TV pictures (and no doubt CCTV) do not cover the main stand.Rumour has it they were trying to keep secret (and out of public gaze) the huge number of Labour and SNP councillors that were sitting in said London Road toilet alongside most of the RC church hierarchy on match days.So rumour has it. SeparateEntityMyArse 55,526
Mentions in the article the tv knife guy is a rangers fan. Nowhere does he say that.Cant help but think hes more likely to be a tim who was unhappy with popcorn teeth over something to do with the mhanks v barca. But that wouldnt suit the agend would it!
