Wee Novo on Sky Sports News having a pop at McCoist

Sorry if it's been posted, just seen his interview

Says he's got no time for people who won't talk to him and he's disappointed that someone he's known for so long can't return a call or respond to him

He didn't seen too happy tbh

I don't blame McCoist for not signing him - it was the right decision but it's a bit shite if he's never had the decency to let him know

Before TWB or someone says it, I've not made this thread for the sake if Ally bashing I just thought his comments were interesting and worthy of a thread

I love the wee man but I've not been impressed with the way he's tried to force his way into signing. he loves the club, and the club loves him, but we can't afford to waste wages on a player purely because they're passionate. it would be silly to drop the likes of MacLeod and Templeton to play him

Nacho was desperate to come back to Ibrox to finish his career, McCoist opted to look elsewhere and IMO rightly so.

If what Novo has said is true and McCoist just totally blanked the wee man, Ally could have handled it a bit more professionally.

I sincerly hope he does well at Morton, he will get some reception if they visit Ibrox when he is there.

Not sure what good this serves. Novo a great player for the Club in the past. AM might have been his mate then, but now he is a Manager and made a decision that Novo was not needed this time round. That's not an easy message to give or accept.

Wishing Nacho all the best with Morton and that he's not still peeved if we meet them on the field.

I think Ally might have led him on a bit about a new contract, so I can understand why Nacho is a bit upset.

That's it in a nutshell and Nacho isn't the only player who's been led on recently. Bringing players in on trial and even offering multiple players contracts when there was no way they were signing for us unless we got rid of players first is just unfair on the players & a pretty embarrassing way for Ally & Mather to be conducting our business.

Having said that, Nacho should try to appreciate that Ally has a lot on his plate and is dealing with a lot of different people and different situations simultaneously.
