BRIAN STOCKBRIDGE, the Rangers finance director, has revealed that the club will only have around £1m of its cash reserves left by April.

The figure does not take into account revenue that will be generated by Rangers Retail, and it is at the time of year when clubs are traditionally at the low point of their financial cycle, just before season tickets are put on sale, but the projection emphasises the tight margins the club is operating within.

Seriously makes me feel uneasy given the amount of cash that has been burnt through already .. That's May June July August ... then the next season ... how much do we definitely have coming in next year?

Not trying to push something are you, maybe if cetian selfish groups never kept on plugging their own agenda we would of sold more season tickets and brought in more income.

How many season ticket do you think it would take to save 9million pound

WTF ????

If you show concern about the finances or are worried about it .. you have an agenda or go to the chapel?

Seriously ,.. are you for real?

I don't favour Murray or the current incumbents and nor do I frequent the chapel .. For the record I don't attend church except for wedding and funerals and I am an ex-soldier .. Falklands after the war finished and a tour of NI ...

Do we need credentials to post a view or an opinion?

The saving have already been made because there was a lot of ONE OFF EXPENSES. Hope you get it now. it means they won`t have to pay these things again.

What about the pay offs of Boca, Goian and Sandaza?

What about the money that will be required to spend on getting Ed House up and running?

There were one off costs that we had to pick up last year that we wont have to pay now, but there are also one off costs that we will require to pay this year that we did not last year.

This is gonna be a very tight situation.

To be honest I never realised there were protocols to be followed to air an opinion or should I just follow the party line and be a good boy .. ?

Thats not what im talking about.

The post I quoted said maybe if murray didnt get involved we would of sold more season tickets and we would not be down to a million in april. The 9mil figure i got is because we have 10mil in the bank when the accounts came out.

So my question was how many ST would we need to sell to make up for the 9mil. Nothing to do with the 14mil we have already lost

Who said it wasn`t going to be tight ? Then we will be in profit. Imagine a Top football club in profit in Scotland .

The Nomads signed off on the accounts so it should be safe until July 2014 ... or 12 months after they signed off ... but if King doesn't invest and it looks unlikely that he will ... where is the money going to come from .. a second share issue from the fans? Is that what will be left as an option?
