UKIP BEAR 370
Thats bollocks, he didnt give a toss about what slimey whyte was doing to our club, he just carried on taking his money and kept his gob shut. Murray is nothing but a leech sucking blood for free.Just gloss over the fact that he and the other board members told David Murray not to sell to Whyte. ricksen92 501
Judge may have awarded him costs but will still be RANGERS that have too pay him.
JMorrison1872 320
I dont know what loan you are talking about have you got a link to what he said to show me what he said show me what you mean. From what Ive read on here and been assured of by pro green and anti green people is that we had to pay back a loan to greens consortium for buying us( ie the 5.5m they paid we paid that back to them) that also doesnt sound like good sense for the club.Loan from ticketus £25m, he wanted to pay that back, a loan the club weren't liable for. Then he was going to take a £10m loan from then to use as working capital. Now for a "successful businessman and accountant" that is a very big error to make. The man is a clown and is happy to be causing unrest and divide amongst our support.Too little, too fucking late! loyalfollower 1,543
There all self serving money grabbing whores. The lot of them. I just want the best people available on the board. Paul Murray comes across as a nearly man. Whereas the current board seem to be doing a half decent job. People are mental if they think running a 50.000 seater stadium in the third tier of Scottish football will make money. But could you imagine the outcry if we shut the top tier round the stadium to save money on stewarding and policing?? Then people go on about spunking funds on daly and the likes. Is it not rangers duty to field the best players they can afford? It keeps the fans coming through the gates ffs. Brian Stockbridge I think should be the only board member to go the rest are doing fine. We're also not eligible for a credit facility yet and if dave king comes onboard its almost a certainty that he would attract more investment until the such times that we can get credit from a bank.Paul murray will do nothing different than craig mather. Only thing he could do is work for half of mathers wage and I doubt he'll do that.
thehost 11,061
Don't you mean the judge awarded him costs? He never 'got' Rangers to pay his legal fees. The judge made that decision. You mean his legal counsel did nt ask for them? The judge just arbitrarily awarded them?Is that what you are trying to say? In walter we trust 228
Id like to see the rest of the crowd drown out these stupid protests.Any song or chant will do.The majority of the crowd did in fact protest at the last home game , I personally didn't as I find it divisive and playing into our many enemies hands

Bluepeter9 5,167
How do you know he said nothing? (i am not pro Murray btw, i am on the fence), surely this too is a myth as no one outwith the boardroom at the time has a clue what was said, and who did what. No one.If I heard nothing and you heard nothing - he said nothing that could be heard about Craig Shyte

Bluepeter9 5,167
Whether you like it or not its obvious he does care about the club. Now you can say the things he is doing you dont agree with but to me its obvious he does and he feels that its in the best interest of the club what he is doing. And I dont blame him for that tbf. If I was in his position and felt the same way I would do the same thing.Did he not try and come up with a rival bid to Whytes. In the end of the day nobody else can be blamed for seling to whyte except DM. They could of adviced him otherwise which im sure he did(I know for certain AJ did) but it was down to DMPMMay care - but does he care more than me or you - if he cared why did he buy no shares and why is he storing up the shit all the time? I would presume that he did not trust CG consortium and did not want to fund them either. Maybe he ws right because the people in charge I cant actually see what money they have put in. They have just used the IPO to fund the club. The reason for him stirring it(or he may say telling facts) is because he must believe that the people running the club are doing so badly and in turn hurting the club. I think he sees this as a way of getting control of the club maybe through the back door and with dirty tactics but that business. If I or any other rangers fan was in PM position I think they would do the same and let me just clarify what I think that position is. If anyone of us had the power that PM has and thought the club was in danger would you not try to help in anyway possible. Even if that meant causing short term instability at board level for the greater good of the club. I know I certainly would no matter what the fans have said

cameron1873 538
Your last paragraph I agree with - to a point - if you were in PM position instead if a smear campaign would you ( after all it's for the greater good not power) tell the fans why you thought the board was dangerous -,and also what your plans are for the future. Me and you want what's best for Rangers - nothing PM has done or said makes me think he is the man to deliver thatI think he has tried to let fans know why this current board are not doing a good job but inevitably it has turned into a war of words on both sides. There has been times he has raised valid fears on behalf of the club but in here it seems to be shot down straight away, without actually looking into what the man has said.I agree though if he wants shareholders to vote for him he should come out with a very detailed plan of how he is going to run the club. I am not too sure why he hasn't but tbh I think this would help his case because, I myself am annoyed he has not done. Its all good him having a go at something but what is he actually going to do to fix it.I don't know if PM will be good or not and you right he has done nothing to prove this. The people that want him in are doing so on faith that because he is a Rangers man he will always have the best interest of Rangers first. I think its crazy though to ignore what is going on because people dont like the person that is offering an alternative. The facts that worry me severely are: we will have squandered the 22million by April and the fact that if it wasn't for someone like Dave king this club would struggle. I cant see how the club is going to raise income enough when we are back in spl to make a profit or even break even. Now can PM fix this im not sure and more worryingly I dont know if anyone can
