bumped, did anyone actually expect to get anywhere with this as the silence in regards to any responses from Uefa is deafening ?

Celtic along with FARE have UEFA in their back pockets. A good position to be in...If Murray had more bottle we would not need to be so worried everytime we play in Europe.

Given the mhanks have paid more in fines and are still under a suspended sentence I doubt uefa are in slit eyes back pocket. FARE on the other hand...

A new website has been launched and we should email and ask for their comments regarding the secterian behaviour at the piggery last week.

We should also ask why there is silence from the media especially since the uproar of the racist incidents:

In their news section in your link 4 stories about us 1 about them but no mention of the Ajax game so again it looks like we're the bad guys

Tom English breaks ranks and tradition by reporting on their sectarian chanting, and then blames them for the banner too. He even mentions UEFA.

On top of everything else, Celtic could be landed in trouble following the behaviour of a section of their fans inside the stadium. Sectarian chanting directed at Frank de Boer was audible in the Arena before kick-off and in one corner of the ground a group of visiting fans hoisted a banner that had the words “Fenian Bastards” on it. Quite what Uefa will make of that is a question for the coming days.

There were also reports last night that more fighting had taken place in Amsterdam city centre and that 15 men were arrested – “mostly Celtic supporters”, according to Dutch police – after a mob ambushed plain-clothes police officers in Dam Square hours before the game.
