In a one off game where we'll be out if we lose?

They should be playing in the league now we've built up a large lead, not one off cup ties.

I don't often agree with Ryan, but in this instance he's spot on. Airdrie at home in the league would be a better option to play him.

This (tu) we are in a unique position in that we can afford to test out young lads in league games because we are guarenteed the title wheras tonight is imo our biggest game of the season so far, we can prioritise cups for a change.

I agree

Second half run outs at Ibrox when we are 2 or 3 nothing up at half time is just what the doctored ordered then after a while we will have a better idea if he will make it - or not

Jukebox's appraisal of Stoney, after the 5-0 win for U20's against Falkirk today:

http://www.rangers.c...ong-time-coming

“Danny’s a confident boy. He had a really quiet time in the game until he scored his first goal but then he caused all sorts of problems.

“His two finishes in the second half were terrific. He gets frustrated a wee bit and we have to manage that.

“Sometimes we have to tell him that as a striker – and particularly when he’s playing as a lone striker – he won’t always get the balls he’s wanting.

“He has to keep working and continue making runs. He did that today and got his rewards for that.”
