I refuse to believe that the more informed among us cannot tell the difference between an Irishman like Daly and an Irishman like Stokes.

One has earned our scorn through his dispicable beliefs (political) and the other has done nothing more than carry his countries flag on his shoulders after winning a domestic trophy.

10O% agree mate spot on with that. Thats why I don't believe we can't show our colours of the tricolour for our top scorer. Its appreciation. Its not a celtic flag its a country where people go for stag doos and all that. Would you take a flag aswell to Ibrox?

Tbh mate I wouldn't take a Ulster flag even if Andy Little was the top scorer. I'm there to show support for Rangers so international flags are of no concern to me. The players are free to take whichever flag seems appropriate to them though.

Not in my mind mate. I wouldn't even look twice tbh because I'm not a fucking moron. I can tell the difference between a guy being proud of where he comes from and a terrorist sympathiser. Its not a hard disctinction to make really which is why its so mind boggling how easy it is for some of our support to do it.

This thread will go down as one of the classics.

Always thought Daly was a bit of a handful whenever he played against us for DU, and he's proving to be a good physical player which we need in these tight away games which are won by the odd goal.

Will never understand why anyone would ever be anyone against else due to religion, especially in a modern society like Britain - maybe that's because I'm not a religious person whatsoever.

Besides the point, he's been in Scotland since 2007, making him eligible for the Scotland team
