Which place?2. By rental I mean not housing association social housing rather housing aimed at 'key workers and young professionals'. 3. Yes it is an improvement. Marco Negri's Beard 1,423
Crespo, what do you think they should be building around Ibrox?
Crespo 1
Could start with upgrading the access roads and surrounding footpaths. Perhaps a community space in front of the main stand. Some modern housing, some carefully chosen retail space, a community centre, transport hub, some high end office space a world class hotel facility......oh and a velodrome! Non_Sucumbi 876
How much are the council paying us for this? And how much will it cost to replace the pitch after the scrums and rucks rip it to pieces?Who the hell at rangers agreed to this? Scrums and rucks in Sevens. You are obviously a big rugby fan.
RFC Eagle 4,888
Scrums and rucks in Sevens. You are obviously a big rugby fan.Being fair to him there are 6 man rugby league a like scrums but its not like David Sole going up against Jeff Probyn (showing my age there). As far as Ibrox/Govan is concerned, some of the housing may be improving but the roads are a travesty and there is no excuse for leaving like that as long as they have. But then look at all the money GCC have ploughed into the East End under the guise of redevelopment which includes selling tracts of land to the mhankies for a quid.
