Can this 16.24% of share be bought by anyone?

Eg: can Dave King buy them, then the fans can proxy our 12% to DK giving him a controlling stake if he buys another 2% of shares?

The 16.24% of shares "not in public hands" are those held by Directors (including Directors that have resigned in the last 12 months) and other "related parties" as defined in AIM rules. They are not un-issued shares.

Are you sure about tcase

They should be listed in the the list of shareholders if that were the case?

They only need to be listed if the individual shareholder has more than 3%.

Thus, Sandy's own shareholding, which is listed, is included in the 16.24%, but the ones he has proxy over are not, because they are not 'related parties', even though, in the cases of BPH & Margarita, they have ove 3%.

The rules are here if you want to read them
