Another failed court case!

"Most of the Brora fans, he said, were in the main stand with the Rangers fans congregating in the enclosure on the opposite side of the pitch.

He said he was using a video camera from the stand side targeting the fans across the pitch in the enclosure when, ten minutes into the game, they began singing the song ‘Super Rangers"

So why the need for a camera then if both supporters were sitting together? Looking for trouble were you ya fucking roaster.

thats the problem with focus - they are specifically looking for a specific type of trouble, and if they are not seen to be finding it, they are out of a job.

Could that not have been more easily dealt with by some polis going over and saying "Cut it out or yer lifted ?"

That's exactly what did happen but someone didn't cut it out and this guy got lifted. Obviously in court it was then not proven beyond reasonable doubt that the arrested man had been the one singing.

Surely the fact that this plod has lost two cases, if he tries again with the same outcome there is a case against him to answer. Would love to hear his defence against a charge of wrongful arrest on the grounds that precedent would indicate that he would not secure a conviction.

PC Kelly said 'Fenian' was a name for Irish Catholics and it was considered offensive and likely to incite disorder.

Can the police just make up lies now to get prosecution?

Aye theyve been tellin lies to secure prosecutions for donkeys years now.The polis are professional liars.

l was just wondering who the fck would be offended by someone singing Super Rangers at a Brora Rangers v Rangers match. l think the only one offended was pc kelly.

The polis must have been expecting a lot of trouble at that game to go to all the bother of taking their video equipment to it.

The match he said was being broadcast live on Rangers TV and the police were approached by a member of the film crew who raised concerns that the words of the song were being picked up by their microphones.

Shopped by some slimey bastard within our own club?

Don't think you can believe the guy here when he's clearly been at it with the rest of his claims.
