It's about whether they're good enough or not, their colour is irrelevant. The debate also usually leads to ridiculous positive discrimination suggestions. Clubs and fans don't give a shit what race their manager is, so long as he is good at his job.The only reason there are not many black managers about the upper echelons of the game in Britain is simply because few, if any, have ever made the grade. Whatever the reasons behind that are, I do not know. What I do know is that if a black manager was doing a great job somewhere he'd move on to bigger and better things, just like a white manager would. Race wouldn't come into it!.Exactly.
