Barrie Mc Kay another thread on what the manager ditched

Have no option after today the commentary duo mentined we lacked

real width and quality crossing into the Daly.

I have full respect for ally but to loan out one of your better players

performing last season - he gets injured and isnt the same

Well that problem is only with the backroom staff and manager

to get the lad firing on all cyliders back into the team

One of our real positive players and add a nice talent with natural ability

that we release him - doesnt make sense but the only player

since novo that gave me hope when he came on off the subs bench.

Our team has no impact player from the subs bench that

can change the game (crawford can but does he ever get an opportunity !)

Over hyped IMO

He's not even found his level at Morton going on reports

(tu) I've said for ages our young players are either called the next best thing or shite. Very few people have a middle ground when it comes to our young players. McKay and MacLeod are decent at best yet both are talked about like being special talents.

It has to be said unless you happen to be the second B Laudrup or George Best you will get bagged by posters on here.

This site gets more than its fair share of posts bagging this management team and the previous one for not giving youngsters a go.

Yet when they do some on here can't wait to assassinate them.

MacKay, MacLeod, Aird are all good young players who given another season in the first team will turn out to be very good players for us.

Players that are released, go on loan, or not in the squad are ALWAYS miles better than any player we retain and keep! Fact!

Well According to posters on here ! :pipe:

I'm actually with you on this

How many of the players we've loaned out in the past have came back and made any impact - I count two Adam and McGregor

That's literally two from hundreds

They leave or get loaned out for a reason rather than retained

When did we boo Barrie last season ? Everyone cheered when he came on because we knew we would get some entertainment. He needs developing whereas some people who are getting a game and not doing much seem to be on the team sheet because their face fits more than anything. As for Robbie Crawford I would have expected to see him feature more at least as a sub. Hopefully in a month's time Ally will be willing to give the lads a game.

Barry McKay has done fuck all at Morton, he's had one decent game since he's joined and that was the game he scored his only goal. He obviously has the ability but has the wrong attitude, he drifts in & out of games as if he can't arsed.

He was dropped yesterday for the game against Alloa.
