Bothwellbear 1,392
Definitely. Defence was rank yesterday. I would like to see Faure and Moshni at the back to see what they can do.
STEPPS BOY 73,889
Any defence that has Foster, Mculloch and Cribari in it will struggle.

papaguy51 912
We've got lads in this U20 team who look like they could do a job, but Ally seems reluctant to give youth a chance in defence.

dummiesoot 16,005
Ally needs to realise Jig is never ever a CB. Shoehorning him into the team is totally unnecessary.

Shoehorning him into the team is totally unnecessary.Never going to happen until he retires and is invited to join the already bloated coaching staff. piperpete 3,186
Surely this has to be the last season where the team is moved around so Bigjig get a game, the days of him being a regular starter must end or we will never progress. As others say we have a young CH bursting to get a game and should be playing some part in the first team to find out if he will be anygood in the longrun. Its not as if the league is close. simplythebest 11,453
Yep agreed, I have my reservations about him but is by far our best CB right now
Mor3los_1 3,672
McCulloch showed he is a good goal scorer up front so he is shoved into defence. McCoist was taught by the master of shoehorning players into random positions.
allgers 735
I know the big fella can be scary at times , but that defence missed him badly yesterday .Thought the exact same thing, Cribari looked nervous every time he was on the ball and I think this went through the team, guy along from me shouted to Foster remember we play in blue, thought it was funny then not so funny, he should have kept shouting, glad the big man is back for the next game. SoldierBlue1 499
I saw Mohsni outside Ibrox yesterday what a nice guy. He had time for everybody and stood for ages getting his photos taken and never once lost that smile of his. Well done big man you have a great Rangers attitude. 1st_Jan_1994 4,868
Yup agreed He's a lot better than most give him credit for hopefully yesterday proves that
MaddistonKnight 1,567
I have said it on so many threads.McCulloch should never be allowed to pull on a Rangers top. He is finished. It is beyond a farce that he is continually picked. Clean sheet last week? No worries Lee, you're back in!Mohsni looks like Bobby Moore compared with McCulloch. Forget the loyalty, he is paid a packet; forget that he can "score goals", we have a good few who can do that thank you very much. He shouldn't be in the team. End of. Moody Blue Legend 61,444
Hopefully learns his lesson from his stupid sending off. We need him in that defence. As a side note, I wouldn't have Jig in the starting 11.
Drunk and disorderly. 14,418
We are really missing the big chap in defence. He needs to stop getting cards though or there will be more periods like this when he's useless to the team. 50ShadesofBlue 667
We missed Mohsni for sure.I hope we have a proper centre back playing with Mohsni next season. Jig has been a great servant but this should be his final season as a regular.

weshallnotbemoved! 714
Jig will be kept on for the forseeable future. He will then get a coaching job sadly.
OvertonBluenose 40
This thread should really be about Jig. I have every respect for him and the goals he has scored for us over the past 2 years, but sadly the time has come for him to at least drop to the subs bench. He is getting slower and slower every game. Time for him to make use of his coaching badges.
