my problem is not with wallace. he does not have complete control he is being pullled by forces connected to the easdales (dubeios condentales) and their are laxley green ahmed etc who are still making money out of our club for f@@k sake wake up

Any info to back your fairy tale up, if all these people you claim to be involved then why would they want Stockbridge to have been let go. Is it such a bad thing that investors actually loan the club some cash, or is it a bad thing cause it ain't Paul Murray and Dave king doing the loaning or cash

He asked for 120 days and he got it. That's bought the Board a grace period and a period for the team to win promotion so that financial and Board stuff doesn't distract too much from what's happening on the pitch (the less said about that after Saturday the better). And he knows the Board has work still to do to win over a fuller amount of trust from many Supporters. The proof of the 120-day baking period for the plan is how credible it is when it emerges from the Boardroom oven. That is when real scrutiny will be applied and not just by investors.

It would be amazing if cost reductions did not also amount to job losses and to (possibly heavy) restrictions on player budget. If these two factors are big then the CEO and the Board will presumably have done all the homework they need to do to sell the credibility of the plan because bits of it may well be very unpopular. Inevitable perhaps. But if less money is there for players and people are out of work then the big exec salaries are going to have to be earned. At at time when Rangers has no Finance Director, no Chief Operating Officer, no Commercial Director, no Communications Director (remember Jim T?) no chief scout or (it seems) any coherent scouting system if some or all of these appointments are to be made and the costs of appointing them are offset by cuts then the balance in Supporters minds of what is essential for the Club will be interesting to watch when the plan is revealed.

A factor in "trust" might well be the commitment the Board makes to generating a war chest for player acquisition for the time when we need to be more than just competitive again in the top league. Another factor may be additional clarity on what was meant in recent statements about only starting to become competitive after 5 years. If 'only starting' is the realistic expectation then that would imply a much longer haul than maybe many Supporters had in mind.

He doesn't like the word 'administration'. Well, I doubt if anybody in the Support likes it either. However, he is a CEO and an experienced one at that. It's well within his gift at these types of interviews to say he doesn't like the often cavalier use of the word as a spook to the Support, but then shunt it to the margins by doing more talking up what is actually being done at the Club and talk up the positives.

The thing with well publicised 120 day types of plans is that as they near the deadline for delivery the expectations and hopes rise about the quality of the plan because, in our case, so much of the foreseeable future hinges on it. I hope it comes sufficiently close to being of 'sermon on the mount' quality ie one that we will all look back on in 5 years time and say that it was the launchpad for success, That is after all what the big exec bucks are being paid for.
