Ibrox Closed if No Albion Carpark

Recommended Posts

So laxey partners/Easdales super duper master plan is to loan Rangers £1.5m knowing that the club will become insolvent in a few weeks meaning they lose about 95% of that money in a potential pence in the pound cva. Then they will block the opening of the Albion meaning all the millions they've spent in shares in the company will be lost just to get a car park that's only real value is to Rangers football club??? Wow Dr evil style planning from these guys....

Yup they cornered the market on evil super genuis.

It seems to me that we have rattled their cage.

It seems that they are trying to find anything to distract from the facts our heroes are uncovering about the links between

celtic, the GCC, the labour party and their common banker, the Co-op Bank.

A very cosy little socialist cabal there.

And as more facts are revealed, and deeper links between them get into the public domain, the question will be "how did WE let them get away with it foe so long?"

PS anyone fancy a nice 1.5% interest loan?

( only 2 conditions; you must love celtic, and you have to love the labour party.)

PS the Co-Op bank are about to unveil about a £2 Billion loss for this financial year....they might be needing the services of Wonga soon.

The conditions of planning permission cannot be burdened across to a new owner nor can they do anything after the completion certificate is issued.

How do I know this? Have surveying and legal qualifications.

So basically it is complete nonsense.

Reassuring - thanks for that.

Now if someone from the Club were to put that out there......

Not 100% convinced you are right on the first part mate.

If someone applies for planning permission for say an extension, then a condition may be that a neighbour must be given a right of access for their property etc. I doubt that this would become void just because the property was transferred.

I used to work in the Bond office years ago when the club deck first opened, and I think this is complete nonsense.

From memory and from people around that time i believed the Albion Car park was mooted proposal at the time to help the planning application, but it was never a condition of it. I dont even think that car park was a carpark until a right few years after the club deck was built.

Who makes this stuff up........ absolutely ridicolous.

This seams to be one of the most ridiculous conditions to relate to a football stadium I've ever seen, I've been to grounds all over Europe, many with a much bigger capacity than Ibrox that offer absolutely no parking whatsoever, so why would it be implemented for us ?
