Then they will block the opening of the Albion meaning all the millions they've spent in shares in the company will be lost just to get a car park that's only real value is to Rangers football club??? So basically it is complete nonsense.Not 100% convinced you are right on the first part mate.If someone applies for planning permission for say an extension, then a condition may be that a neighbour must be given a right of access for their property etc. I doubt that this would become void just because the property was transferred. I dont even think that car park was a carpark until a right few years after the club deck was built.Who makes this stuff up........ absolutely ridicolous.
