OlegKuznetsov 10,816
Is Craig Gordon still training with us? How is he coming along? Is he near a return to professional football? If so would it be a good signing for both parties? It might be a good level to give him some game time and Cammy Bell has previously stated that he would welcome him.Thoughts?

The Dude 20,026
It's been in the papers in the last few days that he's actively looking to return now. They all mentioned that he'd been strainng with us but it was never made clear if it's ongoing. Play him as a trialist Could do far worse if the money is right. Johnny Dangerously 7,562
Wouldn't put it past the tims to try and get him if they decide to let Frankenstein go.
ClydebankBearWATP 877
Are people seriously saying this should be a goer? Even if the money is right it's just a signing for signings sake! He's not played for two years ffs, he's not needed and bell and simonsen will do just fine for now

HG5 11,112
We'd need to up Jim Stewart's wages, if he's got another top-class keeper to look after!(It was a joke, before anyone gets after me!)

Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
Yep still training with us, as to signing him, well Simonsen was only signed for the year, but I don't think we should as Gallagher I feel should be the No2 Goalie and push Bell for that number 1 spot. Robespierre 589
I'd like to see us adopt a rotational policy when it comes to goalkeepers next season. Bell playing one game one week, and Gordon playing the next.Simonsen is about 90, and Gallacher's contract expires at the end of the season, and is unlikely to be renewed.Gordon would be a much better alternative to both. BlueSuedeSambas 53,775
It seems to be working for Real Madrid. The exception to the rule. What possible reason/justification can you have for wanting us to sign another pricey keeper for the level we are at and rotate him with our current (highly paid) number one. It's one of the most baffling ideas I've read on here in ages tbh. Next season isn't going to be easy and we need to make improvements to the squad at any level and at any opportunity. If there was a chance for us to sign Scotland's greatest goalkeeper of this generation for free, I would take it.
