Thommo 708
Never done this before, how does it work?Read something about having to add them as friends/family. Does this option come up during the transaction (online) or do I have to do it on my account beforehand? Also, is it only their Rangers number I will need?Cheers! DP FC 400
You need to register them, I did by phone as I think it has to be set up by them but I may be corrected later. When their number is set up, it appears in a drop down box when you have logged in.Customer services shut at 5, doubt they will answer the phone tomorrow, but it is option 8 on the club phone number. If your mate has his Rangers number registered for himself to buy tickets then you want be able to add him to your family and friends list. You can buy on the phone with your mates number. MonsterMunch 37
You need them set up as friends and family to do it online, cant add them if they have someone else on.In ticket office/ on telephone just take their card or have their rangers number, name, DOB and address. CaptainAmerica18 846
You can add them onto the family and friends online. Just add a couple of tickets to your basket and before you have to pay you can select friends and family and add them. Need their Rangers number, surname and postcode. MonsterMunch 37
I will have to find out why I can't add my mate to my list then.Because he's on someone elses list I'd guess - you'll need to phone the TO to get him removed if you don't know whos.
