Discipline and application.

Now the dust is settling on our last two results, we have an opportunity to address major issues.

Today was the ideal day for Alistair to throwing down the gauntlet to all, his staff included.

He had a heaven sent opportunity to show the world that the cheeky chappie approach is well and truly dead.

He could have had all in to disect yesterday's game allinged with some light training, that he hasn't does not bode well for that implementation in any future he may have.

There is no visible rhyme or reason to anything at Auchinhowie, holiday camp atmosphere apart, training is generally accepted as being less than two hours daily... and around eight hours overall..simply a disgrace.

If as it clearly appears Alistair is unable to utilise our kingly facilities properly , other arrangements should be enforced.

The board should have a strict disciplinary and training regime written up by someone of experience and note, they should then employ someone at Auchinhowie to ensure it is carried out.

To do nothing is not an option, if Alistair is to remain the fans and the board need an insurance policy that has some bite.
