Lando 249 Posted June 18, 2014 Share Posted June 18, 2014 I didn't see the AUS v NED match, but I can imagine it was entertaining with the Aussies shocking the Dutch's system with a goal from Cahill and a penalty kick goal. I see that the Dutch replied quickly with RVP equalizing the game at 2-2. Then the Oranje added an insurance goal. Looking at the final score, I would surmise the Dutch's defense was shaky at times, so they will need those 4 days to make these changes. 8 goals in 2 games and giving up 3 goals. The Oranje knows they would need to do better against Chile next Monday. Really, all in all, I bet the Dutch was glad to get their first game with Spain out of the way.
