For someone thats never played in England, he speaks and understands it well.

Yeah, I can't think of any other Italian footballer who has never played here who speaks English. Except Vieri, but he's an Aussie.

He does, but perhaps not well enough to express himself that well as an analyst, which is what I meant. Either that or he just doesn't have much to say.
