☸ The 2014 Brazil World Cup Thread ☸

Unless they suddenly find some refs with balls they may as well hand the cup to Brazil now. Absolutely disgraceful display in what was obviously a premeditated plan to kick James Rodriguez out of the game but when he commits one foul in reply he gets booked. How Brazil ended that game with more than 9 men is a mystery

I said it before the tourny started that Brazil would get all the decisions, imo Fifa would rather Brazil won the just to try justify the money the Brazilians have wasted hosting the event. The reffereeing in this game was shocking as was the refs performance in the France Germany game

"Team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar confirms Neymar suffered a broken vertebra and is out of the World Cup."

Not sure how genuine this is but ITV are reporting it too.

Surely with Silva out, Neymar out, and Hulk, Fred and potentially Dante playing, not even a dodgy ref can help Brazil beat the Germans?

Shame for Neymar though.

Higuain is doing my head in. Wake the fuck up.

Remember in South Africa, all he had to do was breathe on the ball and it went in the goal? Scored about 4 goals without doing anything. How Argentina could do with that now
