If he broke the rules then yes he goes but his exemption was valid.

Read the Spiegel article on his positive test and tell me honestly if you think his test and the information around it is legitimate. Marry this up with his movements around the time he allegedly tested positive - all confirmed by his own social media and do you really think he's been honest and true about this? Then there is his false declaration on his application about his movements in the last 14 days. You really think his agent completed that? If he did, do you honestly think his agent was unaware his client had been to Spain or never thought to ask Novak if he had been anywhere? 

Looking at everything that has emerged and it increasingly looks like a fraudulent application. Should pack his bags and get to fuck now. His reputational damage with this is huge and he's on his way to become a tennis pariah.

I like Novak but this is disastrous for him and all of his own making.

It’s all press speculation and the courts dealt with the facts and law and not anyone’s personal opinion or a groups single minded narrative.

Hopefully the law once again will overturn the cancellation.

You forget the original court decision was based on procedural error and not the substance of the case. He won on a technicality.

Its already been clarified that the 3 year non visa does not automatically apply and he could get one next year.
