It's a tough one to break through as if you take every player at their pinnacle and peak performance then for me Federer wins on grass against either of the two, Djokovic on hard court and obviously Nadal on clay rules the roost....although not a great deal separates Djokovic and Federer on Hard Court, I know Novak is only two behind on grass but for me he has benefitted greatly from an ageing Federer to win at least two of his last 3

Federer also benefited from winning many slams in arguably the weakest era in tennis, certainly in the modern era.
