ArchibaldLeitch 380
Nothing illegal as far as i can see however why the secrecy surrounding the ownership and the detrimental impacts of the custodians wider business interests and tax affairs. Its like a maggot filled rotten onion as you peel back the layers of that shameful club of filth, dishonesty, criminality and sexual depravity. He won't, however, necessarily own things like equipment, computers etc. on the land as they fall into a different category of property. If Celtic don't have title to the land then they can't use it as security for a loan unless the owner of the land acts as guarantor for the loan and allows the land to used as security for the loan. The Educator 1,572
When you read that article it's funny how similar these plans are to what has been done by the GCC/CG's in the east end or as they now call it the c****c triangle at no cost to cfc. The Educator 1,572
If anything this article shows a blueprint for what has gone on ever since regarding the stadium, the land and the various amenities that were included. All you have to do is compare the list in the article with the different plans they have drip fed the media for the c****c triangle. In the article they quote a costing of £100m from 22 years ago, give an estimation of what it would cost today and no doubt that it won't be too different from the final cost for the CG's. Of course there is probably one major difference and that is the cost of the land.

Maybe he should get that hotel they wanted too, might be a bit too late now though. Not to worry though, pretty sure he will get national games there and a need for accommodation close by.
