SeparateEntityMyArse 53,253
29 players and possibly another midfielder (Cowie?) to come in.No other team will have anything like these resources.Good squad, no excuses this season for underperformers not being dropped or for a run of poor team performances like we suffered last season. Bothwellbear 1,392
Far far far too many players if that quality. I understand the need for a large playing squad when we are pushing for spl titles but come on.... Need a massive cul and sadly it will be our more promising youths. No more signings! Drenth 21
so strong on paper, no excuses this season, we need to also win a cup with this squad
SeparateEntityMyArse 53,253
Dude.Pretty sure that was youth squad players also making odd first team appearances.Doubt any other first team squad is 30 strong, especially not full timers.
Wearethepeople72 1,844
Right back position is the only worry. On paper, that squad should be good enough to beat any team in Scotland out with Celtic. No excuses for not performing in the cups this season.

gersandy 594
I would pass on Zaliukas. Let Black and Daly go. Sign Cowie. Loan out Crawford. And move McCulloch into a player/coach role.
GOAT 30,449
Faure isn't a right back and Nicky Law is an attacking midfielder.
The Dude 20,026
Faure isn't a right back and Nicky Law is an attacking midfielder.Isn't that where he made the majority of his appearances over the last two seasons?
Reformation Bear 6,453
Some may yet move on (and others may yet arrive). The time to assess the quality / strength of the squad is at the close of the transfer window. It's a very big season. I hope they go on to deliver to their full potiential as players and as a team that delivers the goods on the pitch. There is no higher honour that wearing the Rangers shirt and no higher privilege that winning football games - and the league - for Rangers. They carry the hopes of ever Bear and at the top of the list is promotion at the end of this coming season.
NixonRFC 1,302
Its a big squad, my worry is in a years time, looking at that squad I'm looking for a squad that can challenge Cektic consistently over a season.I see Wallace, Law, Black, Boyd and Miller...Templeton maybe, after that we're struggling for quality
glasgowrangersno1 468
A lot of people worried about these players and being able to challenge for the Premiership.Contracts up at the end of the season:Lee McCullochJon DalyBilel MohsniSteven SmithRichard FosterIan BlackSebastian FaureKyle HuttonKris Boyd(option of another year)Kenny Miller(option of another year)Darren McGregor (option of another year)Plenty of scope for a clear out.In terms of signing players, the quality will want to come so it's just about having the funds.
