Bearygood 1
Do any of the players read this forum do you think? If so, hope they are reading how disgusted we are with them and that they need to buck up their ideas to continue getting our support! BlueSuedeSambas 56,411
The players are coasting because seven or eight of them are guaranteed a start regardless of form or effort.
Big Al 55 9,526
The majority of that squad should donate their salaries to Cash for Kids. An utter embarrassment, they should be ashamed to call themselves professionals.Alloa players showed last night what passion, determination and hard work brings. The Rangers players showed what a poor attitude, laziness and complacency brings.
achaleven 38
I think you've hit on the main reason we need new coaching staff. The players are not doing it for their manager. The only time I saw 100% commitment last night was in the 2 or 3 minutes of injury time after going a goal down. If they had started the game like that we would have had a cricket score. The spine of the team is very very poor, Simonsen, Mohsni, McCulloch, Black, Law, Boyd / Daly. Do feel a bit sorry for Black and Law as whats behind and in front of them is abysmal. Why not play two central defenders in the middle of the defence? Now there's an idea Ally... McGregor, Zaliukas etc etc
AMcK 92
Ally clearly isn't the right man for the job but some of those players are an absolute disgrace. There's no character in that team at all. Even the slightest bit of professional or personal pride should ensure games like last night don't happen. Simply not good enough. sammy cox 664
Anyone watching that game last night who wasnt wearing Ally issued blue tinted glasses could see Alloa were going to get back into the game FFS they played us off the park in the last 20 mins.If you were at the game recently at Ibrox you could see it there that they were going to score.Right up the middle of our team is a ffucking disgrace. The sooner that fucking imposter Jig is dropped the better.Done finished,to slow you name it.When there was any chance of him not playing CB he actually came out and said on the Rangers website that he would EVEN PLAY IN MIDFIELD if needed and low and behold a few games later hes in midfield. The whole lot is a fucking shambles. Smile 26,624
At the end of the game Alloa part time team who had finished shifts at their real jobs look fitter than our players with the state of the art training facilities that for me shows the problem of having no proper management or coaching staff. gogzy 31,195
Its a pointless argument. You can blame the players once, maybe twice, after that its the managers fault for not correcting it. Either drop them until they improve or coach/ cajole/ threaten them to improve. Its called management. The players have let the fans down time and time again, but it's the managers fault for not fixing it, you are spot on mate. Buck stops with him. Ryan_1 1,136
If Ally showed some sort of change in his selections, dropped players, different tactics he'd get some slak, but it's the same team same players barring injuries every week. bornabear 6,267
on artificial pitches we dont tackle. At all. The opposition know this and are free to play the game they wantAgreed, plus our artificial manager.
Clemdog 39,389
The players need a rocket up the arse, but no matter what they'll be the ones who take us up or not.Unlike McCoist.
Ivybank 4,856
Does anybody know where pearlta is? The player our manager travelled 6000 miles to sign
sammy cox 664
The management keep blaming everyone else for such defeats as last night. If the players McCoist has brought to the club are letting him down and more importantly the Rangers fans then HE and HE alone has to do something about it.If certain players are not producing the goods which is pretty obvious then the manager should drop said players and leave them out not just a token game.Would be very surprised if Saturdays only change will be Moshni out and Wallace in. Bearygood 1
Ally trains these 'jokers' every day of the week. Most of these 'jokers' were good enough for us or for another team in the SPL but now, under Ally's stewardship are not!Yes the players are underacheiving but they are carrying out the tactics that McCoist has set over the last 3 three and a half seasons! What do these jokers actually do in training? I bet they only "trained" for a couple of hours today
