Won't stop bumping their gums about Friday night, they want answers from Rangers and action took for the scenes inside the stadium

My inner-cynic believes this is a push to land Rangers a heavy fine which we won't be able to afford. Cause let's be honest, what happened inside the stadium was absolutely nothing, it was like a kids playground.

They need to "look in before they look out" IMO. As their fans are up there with the worst in Scotland.

It didn't really come across that way reading her statement.

"Given that there is no recent history of crowd trouble between Rangers and Hearts supporters, as indeed has been demonstrated twice already this season, there was certainly no reason for the police or the two clubs to expect anything untoward on the night.

"However, due to certain intelligence received, additional police resource was assigned to the game. There was still, however, no reason, nor police intelligence, to believe that disorder would take place between rival fans."

She added: "The SPFL match delegate report states unequivocally that the events of Friday night were in no way caused by poor or ineffective match operation preparation on the part of the home club. Our own Safety Officer shares that view."

Just to balance it Gaz, they did the same at the last game against the scum regarding damage to the stadium etc

There migjt have been no recent history of trouble between the fans but thats neither here nor there, a lot of things contributed to what happened that normally wouldn't be the case.

1. Story broke that Ibrox would be used as Security

2. Game is almost immediately after the story broke and fans were charged up

3. Protesting before the game

4. Hearts are making their firat visit to Ibrox as the champions elect of the league

5. It wasn't just a club with a small support and little hope coming to Ibrox

6. Hearts due to this have a larger than normal traveling support

7. Hearts with that larger than normal support antagonise the Rangers fans

8. Rangers fans with everything going on respond in full.

Due to the timing of the story about Ibrox breakibg this game became a recipe for disaster
