I don't think anyone has said that, ever.

Did he bring through McGregor?

It was done to death months ago - you'd think he was worth his weight in gold.

Did he?

Only if he was with us under PLG.

No real benefit - we never got a fee for him & I'd refer you to Hull City fans for an estimate of his true worth outside of Scottish football.

Regardless of what the CH's were up to, them being fouled or not, he simply fell down untouched and completely unchallenged as if a he'd been knocked down by a gust of wind; leaving an empty net in the process.

One of the least imposing or commanding keepers we've ever had.

Never understood why we signed this guy , he was always a very average one at best.

Robinson done nothing wrong before him , don't know why he wasn't kept in.

Yip, Robinson may not be great but I think he is the best we have.

In fairness, folk were slipping at inopportune moments all over the pitch, throughout the game.

Unfortunately for Bell, there was no one to back him up when he did it, whereas most others got away with it.

If it were an isolated incident, you'd give him the benefit of the doubt. It's happened umpteen times and his ability in the air or to command a box is laughable at best.

Even if you say he lost his footing on the pitch, as Stepps says, what's he doing ending up in no-mans land. You either come and get the ball or stay on your line. The former isn't the best option as he's useless at it; by the time he's off the line floating about he's woefully out of position to make the save he's then required to make.

Don't disagree with your general point, but in this instance, he may just have been able to cut out the cross if he hadn't slipped.

Must say, it didn't look great, when he was already on his arse, before the ball was headed goal wards!

Bud, to be honest, he wasn't getting near that ball in a month of Sundays; when he slips you'd have needed to be Stretch Armstrong to be getting near it. With all the action in front it looked a tough one to cut-out for a keeper who's good at it and dominates, let alone for him when it's his main weakness.

Should just have stayed on his line and attempted to make the save. His decision making leaves a lot to be desired at times.

Stretch Armstrong  - i like it!

Agreed re decision making.

Overshadows the good bits - his footwork for the save just after the goal was brilliant (despite the pitch!).
