DeanMK 5,213
A very well laid out article. However it won't make a spot of difference to the non-Rangers supporters who click on it. They'll be too busy foaming from their rabid mouths to take notice of the words.
ritchieshearercaldow 22,370
We need some of these Ex employees to come out and say whether EBTs made any difference to them working for the club or not.EBT's didn't save the club a penny, only the employees. Bearsden bear 2,376
All this pish about 'you wouldnt have been able to afford player x if you didnt have ebt' is nonsense.Thats like saying a club with any debt at all is cheating as they are using players they cant otherwise afford?? We Will Follow Rangers 13,358
Good article , its plain fucking stupid to label someone cheats retrospectively, the club acted in good faith that what is was doing was legit at the time, it was in plain site in our accounts for all to see. Ffs its taking 14 years, a tribunal and 2 subsequent appeals to decide otherwise.Still, I'm loving the seething mess the taigs have got themselves into. Impotent rage, for theres fuck all they can do about it, the only thing thats changed is the rhage levels in your average inbred tarrier mutant. We Will Follow Rangers 13,358
Hopefully!!!Their loans from the co-op mature over the next 5 years, 25m I think, proper capitalists run the co-op now not the lefty nutters, there will be no extensions at cheap interest rates, paralice has 7 mortgages on it. True Azure 1,414
The "Sporting Advantage" claim is just another line from those who are hellbent on seeing our club denigrated or wiped out of existance. This is just a continued attack from the usual suspects who will try and try to ensure that negative headlines continue to be generated, hoping that one of these shallow claims will eventually be picked up by someone in authority and be used to batter us down again. The OP has set out an excellent answer to those who would try utilise this spurious bollocks to contradict this futile claim. Anyone who would publicly try to use the "Sporting Advantage" bollocks should be countered with the "name the player/s and the advantage RFC obtained and in which year/s". A debt is a debt , whether it be to a bank or whoever. So by definition , anyone in debt shouldn't be able to afford to buy players.
