It would be a damaging fight if they reopened it that would drag on (probably through courts) for years. Doubt a confrontational stance will help us.I think the goal of the Board should be to attain the kind of influence on the SPFL Board as sellic have.It's a pretty run of the mill update statement, really. It is our irrevocable belief that this Clubs history, including its many successes, is beyond debate. Rangers cannot countenance or accept any talk, attempts or actions designed to undermine what this Club has achieved throughout its long history. Rangers cannot countenance or accept any talk, attempts or actions designed to undermine what this Club has achieved throughout its long history.So, as far as this Club is concerned there is no need for further SPFL consideration of court judgements or appeals. We wont hear anything about an appeal so it's basically giving the SPFL an option to finish this or push it which will means heads must roll when we win the appeal.
