WilliamFyfe 1,438
I know it's early but his contract ends with Spurs in May next year I've readShould Rangers be looking to snap him up in January? He's only 20 years old Would he be a good signing for us in the SPL?

Hoosier Ranger 1,554
No brainer....sign him with no transfer fee.
BridgeIsBlue 66,800
Will he be on "big" wages at Spurs? If we could afford them then it's a no brainer for me.
K.A.I 36,183
Get him signed. Make him a priority in Jan for a pre-contract (if by May next year you mean the end of the season)
cumnockbear 2,446
I'd offer him a pre-contract if the wages are right, he's a good CB who would add value to our club on and off the park, at 20 year old he still has a lot to learn and there's no better place to learn with the right staff here, the best of training facilities, playing in front of 45k most games.Ball and big Rob are a solid partnership and will only get better through time, i've been really pleased with what i've seen so far from both of them. Marky. 7,107
Who is to say that Spurs don't want to keep him and offer him a new contract? If the opportunity were to arise, I'd snap it up for sure. He has impressed.
WeeJim 92
If there's a chance to sign him I'd jump at it. Of the loan signings we have this year he's the one I think is contributing most.
scottyscott1963 19,134
Got to be a certain bargain. Down to the boy himself and he always sounds positive about us.

B1872 21,923
These are the kind of questions you'd hope the gutter press would ask up here. Not pish like "When are you leaving?"
Prso's headband 36,751
Said this ages ago. He has to sign. The lure of Rangers, titles and Europe should be enough. At least 6 CBs ahead of him at Spurs. I'd love to see him sign.
Dan Deacon 57,213
I'm sure the club are preparing to offer him terms. If not then we surely wish him all the best and thank him for his efforts. He's been a great player so far for us. Would be great to sign him up
CF2 WINNIE 1,006
I think it would be stupid of us not to offer him a pre-contract if Spurs haven't offered him a new deal by Jan. He and Rob Kiernan look solid at the back together seem to have a real understanding of each others game
soulboy 2,526
There was a Q&A with him on RTV and he said he would love to play in an old firm game before he goes back. Hope it doesn't mean he's only here for this season would live to see him sign for us
ChesterPerry 472
Wasnt aware of this but yes its a no brainer to sign him up, hopefully not many other clubs will be sniffing around him but I think they probably will.
Ozblue 4,332
He's the best central midfielder we have available for 1st team selection at the moment (and that's not being disrespectful to Kiernan and Wilson) He does the simple things with confidence and he is quick. He actually reminds me a bit of Richard Gough at the same age when he was at Dundee Utd and could virtually play anywhere in that back line and midfield.I'm not sure if Spurs are willing to let him go, but I would love to see him at Ibrox permanently
allgers 735
We need to capitalize on loan signings, would imagine spurs would be happy to see him come to us for further development and probably a clause in his contract in their favor if he turns into EPL quality. Ozblue 4,332
Midfielder? You on the sauce there old fella? HeheNo mate,I'm serious! He is first and foremost a defender in general and a central midfielder in particular, but if it came to the crunch he could slot in at midfield in an emergency if called upon, so therefore he fits the Warburton mould of a player who can cover several positions if required. (which hopefully never eventuates)The kid is only 20 years old and has a great future ahead of him. Sure he has got a big learning curve ahead of him, but I'm very confident he will go on to bigger and better things.
Straight-Edge-Loyal 6,700
No doubt about it he should be signed for next season he is a top tier defender who we were lucky enough to land this year.Offer him a deal that includes first refusal to Spurs and then get the best out of young Dominic
The Godfather 75,665
Spuds may not want him to leave. In the past few seasons they have been bringing a few youngsters into the first team like Kane and Mason while before that Townsend, Walker and Rose.Hopefully at worst we get him for another loan spell if they do want to keep him.
