Some of the people who turn up for the darts in Scotland are an embarrassment, but Gary Anderson throwing a game because of it is a strange one.

I was looking forward to it seeing Anderson playing on home soil. My first time there and he throws it ffs.

Does he not think there will be consequences of throwing a game like that? or won't there be?

I see he's now quickly retracted it on Twitter.

Surely he'd face a lengthy ban for throwing a match?

You'd have thought so.

On the BBC sport link there's an interview with him. I've not watched it but I'm guessing he talks about it on that, too?

Manager probably had a word in his ear but he did say he chucked it. Some will be unhappy if they bet on it and they got fucked.

The betting situation is one to consider. what if a guy was waiting on this outcome to pocket a good few quid.

They way the crowd acted that night was disgusting, i've never witnessed such thuggery at a Darts event in my life.

I always wanted to go to the Lakeside as looks brilliant but from what I read on the link it is embarrassing for us here and if it had been a footy match the cells full.

Aye that's BDO the atmosphere there is pretty relaxed in terms of player nationality but the atmosphere noise wise is very dull at times, the PDC is bouncing at every big event.
