He rarely wasted the ball and kept us driving at Celtic into extra time. Give the boy a break. You think he's short of confidence? Just watch his penalty. He was fine today. Well said. If one player disappointed a bit, it was Holt. Mainly fine going square & backwards & covered back quite well, but anytime he tried to make it go forward, it didn't come off. That 'shot' summed it up. Still put in a shift & stuck at it.
TopCat 4,511
10 out of 10 for every player today - including our subs. It was the perfect team performance after all.
siddiqi_drinker 14,635
"" style="box-sizing: border-box; border: 0px; vertical-align: bottom;"> Like Kiernan he stood up tremendously to the challenge of Celtic’s attack. Gets the extra mark over his centre back partner due to his excellent distribution of the ball. He barely wasted a pass and never conceded possession in a dangerous area. Lee Wallace - 8 Didn’t quite break for him in attacking areas but he continued to charge forward even deep into extra time when he must have been running on fumes. Another who carried out his defensive duties with aplomb. Dominic Ball - 7 Tried to C and P ratings from the Scotsman, fukked it up
Thewhitesettler 2,711
Foderingham - 10 Tavernier - 10 Kiernan - 10 Wilson - 10 Wallace - 10 Holt - 10 Ball - 10 Halliday - 10 McKay - 11 Miller - 10 Shiels - 10 Law - 10 Clarke - 10 Zelalem - 10 All the players, apart from wee Barrie, deserve a 10 out of 10 today. All the, so called, experts had us beat before a ball was even kicked. This was a great team performance, which deserves 10/10, nothing less. PromDeAnglais 5,446
Zelalem was fine when he came on. Kept the ball well and certainly no lack of confidence with his penalty.
bluenoz 30,287
Ball was great in midfield but exceptional when replaced Kiernan in CH where he belongs. Zalalem was fine. Leave him alone, he did nothing wrong.

He gave the ball away stupidly twice other than that his passing wasn't too bad and his penalty was excellent but he looks much different from when he first arrived here, the couple of games when he got Man Of The Match should have been the benchmark for him unfortunetley for what ever reason he hasn't kicked on. Don81 2,832
McKay is a 10 all day long. Thought every sub that came on weakened the team considerably. With a wee bit of investment this has the potential to be one of the great Rangers teams. Over to you Mr King...
