We're so bad some fans don't want us to spend cash

That is the frightening thing.

A good number of Rangers fans are openly saying they do not want PLG to be entrusted with money during this transfer window.

That is a really sad indictment of the manager when it couldn't be more patently obvious we need serious investment in players.

He has to realise he is fighting for his own job first of all.

One of his signings have been good, Clement. I don't trust Le Guen with our money. No doubt we will end up with Sebo's, Svensson's and Papac's type players in January.

Le Guen was not allowed to do the buying at Lyon, Aulas and Lacombe identified the players and signed them. I now know why. If Le Guen had his way Sionko and Papac would of been at Lyon.

If he wants to sign up SPL based players like Anderson and Brown, fair enough.

But I have no confidence in him spending money on players from abroad.

Actually, I no longer have any confidence in him full stop, and want him out the club ASAP.

It's not so much the results as the strong suggestions that there is real dressing room unrest, and if Le Guen hasn't got Ferguson on side, PLG is a dead man walking in my opinion.

Anyway away to watch a proper football match, with proper footballers in a proper league.

Are we now suggesting that PLG never bought anyone at Lyon? Wasn't that one of the reasons we signed PLG -- i.e for idenifying/signing 'raw' talent and turning them into Football players of note? But it seems the reality is speaking volumes -- SHEbo/Papac/Svensson (who might be ok)/Sionko. All crap. Clement is a good player imho.

If he wasn't trusted there -- then I want him out TODAY. That's what I was 'sold' on.

Clement is a decent player, but arguably offers no more than Hemdani does in midfield (who has had to be moved to the back due to the failure of Papac)

Therefore it can also be argued that not ONE of PLGs signings has made the team any stronger than we were last season.

I regard myself as a patient fan, but in this case I'm making an exception. I really do believe that PLG is destined to fail, and the best thing for the club would be to get a new man in ASAP.

The chairman, Aulas and sporting director, Bernard Lacombe identified the players and signed them. Le Guen has to get some praise for coaching them and bringing them up. But he was not trusted as the players he wanted, the chairman and Lacombe didn't rate.

Well after speaking to a lot of French people during the summer they rated Le Guen but said his eye for a player was poor. Everyone of them said that he did not identify the player and that it was the chairman and sporting director. Some names that Le Guen wanted when at Lyon, Sionko, Papac, Diouf, N'Diaye, Tremmis, Diawarra, Roma, Nonda, Ismael, Carriere to name a few. He ended up with none of them as Aulas and Lacombe did not rate them. Instead they got, Diarra, Essien, Cacapa etc who were not on Le Guens list but wanted by the chairman.
