Popular Post govanblue 16,847
It was £420 when Mark posted on here (25 donations) Since then (April 30th 2016), the donations have been as follows: £3,743 in Anonymous donations. A large chunk of this will definitely be Bears - including a large number of Bears from here who just didn't read the instructions before making their donations to the various fundraisers we've had. £16,790 - raised from non-Rangers sources. Such as responses to local news articles, fundraising by Mark's local community (including £4000 from their fun day) and a multitude of various other sources. There's even a respectable amount of unsolicited donations from our good friends across the city. (note: a large, but unknown proportion of that £17,210 will actually be from Bears, but if they didn't put a Rangers reference in their message, or donation name, and I didn't recognise it, then I counted it as non-Rangers.) £16,449 - raised directly or indirectly from Rangers-family sources. Some of this is from FF members, RangersRadio listeners, and other Rangers-family groups, but the overwhelming majority is unambiguously as a result of this here thread, and the continued efforts of those who frequent it. Total raised to date: £37,402 That's not a bad start. Now we can start moving on to phase two. I'll update you all on what exactly that is once it's a bit further along. But for now, As our good friend Bridgeman from RangersRadio would say: Keep it going folks. Just keep it going. mark adair 976
Opened a justgiving page guys let's try and share if we can. Hopefully we don't have any issues with this. It only lasts 120 days though so I think this one will be better and works better for now until I get the gofundme site sorted out. Not very helpful with the site as they keep saying it has something to do with PayPal rather than there site. BBC_Radio_Manchester_060317.mp3 (The Rangers shout out is at 08:34! ) To be fair, that interview was for the Manchester (/Stockport) audience, so it was brave of Mark to wear a Rangers sweatshirt for the interview!
