Clemdog 39,389
Good to see Hudson-Odoi playing. No wonder Munich want to sign him considering he's the same age as Sancho and was rated far higher than him.

ianb1547 3,776
This use of VAR has totally changed. The referee is the ultimate decision-maker, hence he goes to watch the monitor and makes a decision, but now it is a faceless official in a room that has made the penalty decision. That was not what VAR was introduced for...it was to assist the match official - not replace him. The Specky Forum Organiser

Rowett is good but I think he works better at clubs with clubs have lower expectations who he can get well organised and punching above their weight and that was never going to be the case at Stoke. It probably doesn’t help that they have two veteran centre halves who are past their best and loads of centre midfielders who have no creativity either though. Not sure what they do now. Do they get a big name like Allardyce or Moyes to try and salvage their season or do they get a Warburton or Jokanovic type who can change their style completely? Surely they'll go for Big Sam though, perfect fit imo. Jokanovic turned them down.
