Surely the easiest way is to sit on yer fat arse and pick them off one at a time from social media pics or vids. Or maybe even a half dozen grab a young lad of 21 out for singing the word fenian. Didn't look like it from what I've seen (but, not to say they weren't). Yes, it was fuckwitted behaviour, but it still doesn't justify filming your own and sticking it online for plod to view. In any other circumstances, you'd have yer balls toed for being on par with a grass.

I know it's legal speak but It was on TV! They have to say "allegedly hung by nooses". Noose is a type of running knot. If the charge involves a noose they would have to prove the type of knot used and the case could be thrown out. These guys still wear velcro shoes so they would struggle with a running knot. Is that not a bit like saying if you don't stab someone properly while murdering them then it's not really murder? Surely the intent is clear to show us being hung by the neck regardless of how good the knot is?

They will be looking for legal loopholes if a wording of the charge is wrong. If part of the charge mentions noose and technically it wasnt the correct knot for a noose they may get away with it. These things get thrown out all the time.

Ross Brady, 27, appeared from custody to deny the accusation at Glasgow Sheriff Court. He is accused of a single charge under the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications Act. Prosecutors claim that, while acting with others, he committed the offence at the Parkhead clash on 10 September. Celtic beat Rangers in the match. The charge includes the claim that Mr Brady did "engage in behaviour" which may be likely to "incite public disorder". This is said to involve the display of a banner that contained a "threatening and offensive remark". Inflatable figures The charge also states two inflatable figures were shown which were "fashioned in a threatening and offensive manner". Mr Brady's lawyer Paul Kavanagh entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. Mr Kavanagh said Mr Brady was a lifelong Celtic supporter who regularly attended matches home and away. He asked for bail to be allowed. Fiscal Richard Hill said the Crown would not oppose Mr Brady being freed, but requested a number of special conditions be imposed. These included Brady being banned meantime from attending football matches. He must also sign in at a police station during the first half of Celtic's forthcoming Champions League games. Sheriff Andrew Cubie allowed bail and set a trial to take place next month.
