Plan A

Plan A is pass the ball about and expect the opposition to stand by and watch.  They don't seem to want to work to our plan. When they don't, we keep hoping they will see sense and allow us to pass the ball without interference. Maybe if we show we are annoyed,  they will let us use Plan A.

Pass, Move,  Keep possession, Probe,  Dominate the football, Press, Think of playing 5s. Everyone run around like mad, Pass for the sake of it  no one really sure where they are playing.. and your not allowed to shoot from outside the box.

Or

Sign Messi,  Neymar and Suarez and hope we nick a winner from a deflection

Garner doesn't play on a 1 up system,'ve been given him stick , mainly frustrated, can't fault him on determination and wanting the ball.

The Manager, can't seem to change system but must be wondering why the players cant string a pass and create a chance when a team are pressing us ?

The only job of a football manager is to get a job as a football manager.   The plan is therefore quite simple.  Get a (well paid) job as a football manager - say whatever you need to say to whoever needs to hear it to give the impression that you know what you are doing and are the bees knees manager - keep doing this until you get found out then ideally jump ship to another club before you are sacked.   Repeat the process until you earn enough to switch careers and become a knowledgeable football pundit.

The oft referred to Plan A may perhaps have as its first objective nothing to do with football or getting Rangers back to the top but everything to do with furthering the manager's ambitions.   If Plan A is to deliver a Rangers team that wins 55 soon then the plan appears to be mythical based on what we are seeing so far.
