Who was the only Liverpool manager since Phil Taylor in the mid-50s to win nothing at Anfield?

I can't believe they think he's working miracles. They spent more on 1 player than the rest ot the league's squads combined.

If the shoe was on the other foot and we had spent around £11m on players and Rodgers had the budget Warburton had, I don't think Rodgers would even have took the job if that was the case.

He showed at Liverpool he needs money to function and even at that he was gave well over £100m and bought duds like Markovic and Benteke

Heard one the other night saying they have a world class manager ... so how do they explain him winning nothing in his career until he comes to what is effectively a one team league this season with us just coming up and the rest no where.

That's now 3 irish catholic managers they've had and yet no one in the mhedia has the guts to raise the question of sectarianism ... obviously as long as you kick with the right foot at septic you will always get the gig
